During a chat with Philadelphia 76ers general manager Ed Stefanski yesterday, Stefanski explained that he was unaware of Allen Iverson’s future plans but did not say that the team would not be interested in bringing him back. “There is no news on Allen Iverson and we are not aware of what his plans are for the future,” Stefanski wrote. Iverson played in just 28 games of the last NBA season, 25 of which were with Philadelphia. He left the team for personal reasons following an illness to his daughter and his wife filing for divorce. News of both an alcohol and gambling addiction later surfaced.
