Bye, Bye B-Dawk
According to the San Francisco Chronicle safety Brain Dawkins is no longer an Eagle. He has signed a free agent deal with the Denver Broncos. Correll Buckhalter will join him in Denver, Sean Considine will play for the Jacksonville Jaguars and LJ Smith will head to Atlanta and play for the Falcons.
This could be one of the saddest things I have ever had to write. On the same day I had the chance to talk to Michael Jack Schmidt, Brian Dawkins has left the Eagles. I still cant belive it, I am stunned.

It’s a shame. B-Dawk has been the inspirational leader for this franchise for the past decade and despite his declining physical skills was still an important member of the organization that will not be easily replaced.
