Couldn’t agree anymore with Gill. It was gutless and very indicative of how Reid’s last 4 seasons have been.

It was one of the most gutless moves I have ever witnessed. It was an absolute disgrace to tell your players and your fan base you surrender. If you think your a playoff team, you have to win that game and if you think your a playoff team you have to be able to get 1-yard.

So, would it be better for Reid to go for it on 4th and 1 on their own 32 and give the ball to the Bengals close to field goal position, especially since they’ve had trouble converting 3rd & short, 4th & short all year?

While a tie is like a loss, you guys would have killed him even more had he lost this game.

Sorry Tom, have to agree with the writer here. When you punt on a fourth and one in OT with under 2 minutes left, your basically admitting a tie and declaring the game over. Unacceptbale. A loss is the same as a tie in the standings for the most part. And the Eags have no shot anyways…..Go For It.
