The list was created about two weeks ago and at the time, Jackson was pretty much universally the #3 pick.  Once people began getting scared his holdout would last, he began to fall.  Now that he&#039;s in camp and has a new contract, he&#039;s where he should be.  Also, Jackson and Westbrook were actually tied at an average draft position of 3.96 at the time I created it.]]></description>
